Photography Terms and Conditions

Almost all businesses you encounter in your daily life have terms and conditions that relate to the service they provide or the product they sell. It makes the transaction completely transparent so that everyone understands where they are and what they can and cannot do. Our business is no different.

Before work commences you will be asked to accept our terms and conditions. It is a way of protecting us and our clients and it allows us to lay out what we will do and what is expected of the client in return for the fee.

The internet makes digital transfer all too easy these days but "copy and paste convenience" does not bypass Licence or Copyright Laws or give anyone the right to use Copyright-protected material for commercial or any other purpose without a Licence, Permission and a Fee being paid for its use.
